International Advisory Council

The International Advisory Council (IAC) oversees scientific activities taking place at the IIP. Composed of world-renowned experts in various areas of physics, the IAC shapes the institute's long-term scientific vision, mission, and research priorities; reviews and assesses the quality and impact of the institute's research activities; recommends new research directions or initiatives, including interdisciplinary programs and scientific events; provides input on recruitment strategies for researchers and promotes the institute within the global scientific community. Furthermore, it plays an essential role in evaluating ethical standards and identifying emerging needs.
