I will discuss recent development the quantum hydrodynamics of inner waves in the bulk of fractional quantum Hall states based on the recent publication in PRL. In this paper I showed that optical properties of FQHE, like inelastic light scattering, optical absorption, etc. is a sole effect of the gravitational anomaly.
